  15.      _s_c_a_n_n_e_r_s is a graphical tool for displaying, installing, and deleting
  16.      scanners.  _s_c_a_n_n_e_r_s' main window displays the list of currently installed
  17.      scanners, and also shows the default system scanner.  The "Scanner" menu
  18.      has commands for installing and deleting scanners.  Double-clicking on a
  19.      scanner in the list, or using the OOOOppppeeeennnn............ command on the "Scanner" menu,
  20.      brings up _g_s_c_a_n(1) on the selected scanner.

  26.      that it finds in the directory /_u_s_r/_l_i_b/_s_c_a_n/_d_r_v with the ----qqqquuuueeeerrrryyyy option.
  27.      When a scanner is installed, _s_c_a_n_n_e_r_s looks for an options program with
  28.      the same base name as the driver in the directory /_u_s_r/_l_i_b/_s_c_a_n/_o_p_t.

  31.      /_u_s_r/_l_i_b/_s_c_a_n/_s_c_a_n_n_e_r_s, and it stores the name of the default scanner in
